Startup Summit 2026 Plans to Expand International Delegation Presence and Opens Ticket Sales
ACATE and Sebrae Startups brought together leaders from the innovation ecosystem for the launch of Startup Summit 2026 last Tuesday (10), in Florianópolis (SC). The event, held at Sebrae/SC’s administrative headquarters, presented the upcoming edition of the event, the main highlights of its lineup, and opened ticket sales.
Startup Summit 2026 will be held on August 26, 27, and 28, at CentroSul, in Florianópolis. The ninth edition of the event — considered one of the leading technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship events in Latin America — will connect entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, and experts to discuss industry trends and generate business opportunities.
The launch also aimed to reinforce Santa Catarina’s role as one of the leading players in Brazil’s innovation ecosystem. The state is home to one of the country’s most significant technology hubs and hosts initiatives that drive the creation and growth of startups.
ACATE and Sebrae Startups expect the 2026 edition to further expand the event’s international presence and strengthen connections between startups, investors, and large companies. The previous edition brought together more than 10,000 in-person attendees, 152 investors, 247 speakers, and more than 20 international delegations.
The organizers are planning the largest edition in the event’s history. “From a regional event in its early editions, Startup Summit has grown and become firmly established nationally. Today, it is becoming increasingly international. Last year, we welcomed delegations from around the world, and partnerships have already been formed. This positioning of the event aligns with ACATE’s strategy of being a bridge to the world, enabling technology companies to reach global markets,” highlights ACATE President Diego Ramos.
“The 2026 edition is being built to expand the event’s experiences and strengthen connections between startups, investors, and large companies, with an even greater international presence,” says Sabrina Rocha, Startup Summit Organizer at Sebrae/SC. “We’ll be revealing more news in the coming months! This edition will be a major meeting point for the innovation ecosystem here in the national startup capital.”
Created in 2018, Startup Summit has established itself as a space for knowledge exchange, networking, and business generation for the Brazilian innovation ecosystem. The event brings together startup founders, investment funds, executives from large companies, and technology experts to discuss industry trends and opportunities.
