Elas Conectam: Event Will Strengthen Women Leading Businesses and Working in Technology
During the month dedicated to celebrating women’s historic struggles and achievements, an event in Florianópolis will bring together entrepreneurs, leaders, and professionals to boost female leadership in business and the technology ecosystem. On March 12, at CIA Primavera, Elas Conectam will hold a full day of immersion and knowledge exchange with market references, in an environment designed by the ACATE Mulheres group to inspire and strengthen the community collectively.
Tickets are on sale at this link and grant access to the talks and panels on the main stage, as well as other opportunities such as mentorship sessions, discussion circles, workshops, and networking among all participants.
The program kicks off in the morning, at 9 a.m., with “Master Mentoring” — a series of immersive sessions led by women who lead and support the growth of technology businesses. They will share practical lessons on the first steps in entrepreneurship, the use of data, and strategic decision-making. Connections will continue during the lunch break, which will be open to the public for networking.
In the afternoon, activities will begin on Elas Conectam’s main stage, with talks and panels focused on celebrating women’s career paths, along with reflections on leadership and entrepreneurship for new generations and the future of the tech market.
Among the female references confirmed to share their knowledge at Elas Conectam are:
– Betina Giehl Zanetti Ramos, Vice President of Relations at ACATE, Founder and President of Nanovetores;
– Martha Rodrigues, Co-founder and CEO of Guapeco;
– Luiza Pedroso, Innovation Projects Manager at Sebrae/SC;
– Alejandra Nadruz, Director of People & Culture at Starian;

ACATE Mulheres Director Tatiane Bertoni highlights that the event was designed to strengthen women’s presence in the market, broaden career perspectives, and build relationships among professionals and entrepreneurs. “Female leadership in business and technology requires an integrated vision, where data guides decisions, market understanding shapes choices, and business strategy sustains growth — these pillars need to be connected by an executive mindset.”
