ABOUT CELTA
The Business Center for the Development of Advanced Technologies (CELTA), Brazil’s first incubator, was conceived and created in 1986 by the CERTI Foundation (Reference Centers in Innovative Technologies) in response to the development aspirations of the state capital and with the goal of enabling a promising economic sector, leveraging the talent and knowledge generated by the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC).
Recognized as Brazil’s best incubator and keeping pace with the new movements of Florianópolis’ Innovation Ecosystem, it currently operates at Parque Tecnológico Alfa and Sapiens Parque, providing the ideal environment for networking and connection between startups and large companies to promote corporate innovation and business generation.
